What will Brexit mean for YOUR Business?
Official figures indicated that the UK's service sector helped the economy to grow faster than expected in the three months after the Brexit vote.
So were the pessimists wrong?
The first Kent Vision LIVE Big Business Lunch will see over 100 invited guests come together to debate this question, and discuss the business impacts and opportunities presented by Brexit.
Whatever sector you consider – Services, Manufacturing or the Digital Economy – it is clear that Britain’s exit from the EU will have a significant impact on the business environment. For exporters, the falling value of Sterling may result in a net gain – while for others the consequences could be far less positive. With a general election now thrown in for good measure, certainty about anything will be a rare commodity over the next 18-24 months.
However, businesses still need to plan with the best information they can access, or they risk missed opportunities, disruption or worse. To help inform that planning, the Big Brexit Lunch presents a panel of experts with a wealth of experience and a broad range of perspectives.
No business likes surprises…
Following the briefing, invitees will be able to join the debate with an expert panel as they discuss the opportunities and threats Brexit presents.
This event has been designed to help the Kent business community learn practical steps to help them thrive in a post-Brexit world, plan for the future and be ready to exploit the bigger opportunities in the months and years to come.
The Kent Vision LIVE Big Brexit Lunch takes place at the Kent Showground, during the Kent Vision LIVE event on Wednesday 16th May 2018, with an invited audience of 100+ business owners, managers and leaders from across Kent and the South East.
This free to attend event, with included lunch, is by invitation only, with limited availability. Successful applicants will be notified ahead of the event.
