Celebrity Chef & TV Personality

Rosemary Shrager is a well-known Haute Cuisine chef and TV personality, having appeared on programmes such as Ladette to Lady, The Real Marigold Hotel and Chopping Block. She trained with Pierre Koffman in the 1980s and is the author of 6 cookery books. She opened the Rosemary Shrager Cookery School, part of the Hadlow Group, in Tunbridge Wells in 2013 and is passionate about championing apprenticeships and opportunities for young people.

When she is not teaching, Rosemary spends her time developing new recipes, working on further television projects and providing her expertise to private clients.
